What are your daily rituals that help you maintain your youthful energy and appearance?

I naturally have a lot of energy, which stems from being a happy and peaceful person. My growing business also brings a daily sense of excitement. I enjoy walking an average of 12,000 steps a day—it’s both rewarding for my health and a time for creativity, where I often send voice notes while walking!

I also do Reformer Pilates a few times a week, which keeps me toned and strong. Sleep is a priority for me, and I ensure I get a minimum of 8 hours a night. I’ve also significantly reduced alcohol intake, only having a drink on special occasions.

My skincare routine is essential, and I stick to it twice daily, along with regular facials. Lastly, I swear by liquid iron supplements—they’re a simple yet effective way to boost energy, especially for women with low iron levels.

Can you share your top beauty secrets that contribute to long-lasting skin health and vitality?

Since I have my own skincare line, I’m fortunate to have a constant supply of products! I cleanse, apply serum, and moisturise with rich cream twice a day. I also get to test my new products—like eye creams and sleep masks—before they hit the market.

I’m a fan of regular facials, especially my YFACE treatments and HydraFacials. I’ve also tried Morpheus8, which I love, and skin boosters like PRP and polynucleotides. IPL has been a game-changer for treating sun damage and pigmentation. Radiofrequency treatments have helped tighten my skin and stimulate collagen production. My skincare routine has transformed my skin, making it look even better than it did 15 years ago!

How do you approach nutrition and exercise to stay in peak health, especially in a busy city like London?

Exercise is crucial, especially as we age. I make sure to move daily, whether it’s a brisk walk, swimming, or a Pilates session. I also recommend low-impact sports like yoga and weight training, which are great for bone health and posture.

As for nutrition, I focus on a healthy, clean diet—mostly vegetables, low-carb, low-fat, and high-fiber foods. I follow an intermittent fasting routine, where I eat during a 7-hour window and fast for the remaining 18 hours. It’s all about balance.

Mental wellness and a sense of well-being are essential for managing life’s challenges. Although I thrive under pressure in business and enjoy it, it must be on my terms.

Without balance, pressure can lead down destructive paths—distraction, burnout, alcohol or substance abuse, and neglect of self-care. To maintain my well-being, I ensure a minimum of 8 hours of sleep, exercise regularly, and surround myself with warm, caring, and inspirational people. As a woman of faith, I lean heavily on my beliefs to manage fear, anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and personal or family challenges.

This holistic approach keeps me grounded and ensures that mental wellness remains a key part of my longevity practices.

How do you maintain your beauty and wellness principles while travelling? Do you have any tips for staying fresh and energised on the go?

When I travel, especially on long-haul flights, I make sure to hydrate my skin regularly. I cleanse and apply my skincare products to keep my skin hydrated and stress-free. I also drink lots of water and avoid alcohol during flights.

Recently, during a trip to New York, I stayed energised by taking daily two-hour walks in Central Park. It helped with both jet lag and my overall well-being. I also rely on vitamin supplements like Vitamin C, Zinc, and D to keep my immune system strong.

As someone living in a major city like London, what challenges have you faced, and how do you adapt your wellness routine to suit urban life?

Living in London has its perks, but it can be draining. London’s fast pace can sometimes be overwhelming, so I make it a point to escape the city on weekends to relax and recharge in nature. I’m a country girl at heart, and those breaks are essential for my mental and physical health.

Pollution is also a concern, so I focus on maintaining a strong skincare regime to protect against environmental damage. Regular breaks from city life allow me to gather my thoughts and refocus.

What advice would you give to others on balancing work, travel, and maintaining a vibrant, long life?

The greatest gift I’ve given myself is healing from years of stress and trauma. Carrying emotional baggage can take a toll on your body and mind. Now, I live with peace of mind, and I no longer need constant distractions. Surrounding myself with positive, supportive people, I’ve created a peaceful, joyful life. This inner peace is reflected in my appearance, and it has been key to my personal and professional success.
